it’s,

useless.

prevents me from the forward

fear based decision making

that I might be seen as anything less than great

at the skills i have already accumulated.
The fear of failure is what keeps people good.
We forget the beginner days.

Where it was fun to learn and overcome frustration.
With all things in life repetition is the only secret.

Showing up and giving 100% while you’re there even if your the master or the new guy.
